Frequently Asked Questions About Power Cleaning
Q: Can we have a trial?
A: We offer a free demonstration.
Q: How long will it take?
A: Depending on the size of the area and amount of staining and dirt build up - most drives, paths, patios or forecourts will be cleaned within one day.
Q: What processes are involved?
A: There are several clean and efficient stages of work...
Q: What about re-sanding and stabilising?
A: This can only take place once the area is completely dry, weather permitting - usually 24 to 48 hours after cleaning. Again, this stage should be finished within one day.
Q: Why have the surface sealed?
A: Sealing will restore and enhance the original colour of the surface, it will also provide extra protection against the elements and give a longer lasting finish.
Q: What about weed prevention?
A: The application of the stabiliser / sealant helps prevent the jointing sand washing out and gives additional protection against weeds being able to take root.
Q: Will there be any disruption?
A: While work is being carried there will only be an absolute minimum of disruption - after each stage our engineers will always leave the site clean and tidy.
Q: Can stains be removed?
A: Mould, mildew, algae, paint, mortar and even oil stains can often be completely removed. Our engineers will advise on individual stains as age and the porosity of the material can have an affect.
Q: Will I have to stay off the surface after cleaning?
A: After cleaning - no. To allow a sealed area to cure we recommend foot traffic to be allowed after 3-4 hours and vehicular traffic after at least 24 hours.

A: We will restore your investment to its former glory and provide an efficient, reliable service with full after sales care - GUARANTEED.
